1. General
These general conditions of sale are strictly strict to all sales of products made in UK, destined for individuals.
Any order made to nicogarcia.co.uk implies the title of essential, determining and essential condition, the Client’s acceptance without reservation of the General Conditions of Sale of nicogarcia.co.uk in force on the day the order will be placed correspondent . In addition, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions implies the application of the controls to the order that was selected, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in the new conditions that are made known to him by nicogarcia .co.uk. The fact that nicogarcia.co.uk is not repeated at any given time in any of the present conditions cannot be interpreted nor will it be equivalent to renouncing a repetition of them in the future or in the past.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all the acts that are a consequence of them, will sometimes remain under Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to it.
2. Prices
The prices published in nicogarcia.co.uk are in Pounds and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices are inclusive of VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale at www.elblogdecandela.com.
3. Payment methods
When ordering, the customer can freely choose to pay for the purchases made at nicogarcia.co.uk by Paypal or Credit Card.
4. Products
The offers presented by nicogarcia.co.uk are valid within the limit of available stocks. nicogarcia.co.uk reserves the right to modify the product assortment depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products proposed for sale are only indicative and do not in any way bind the seller nicogarcia.co.uk.
5. Shipping
The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.
By default, invoices are sent to the email address indicated by the customer at the time of registration at nicogarcia.co.uk.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
However, its delay will not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the status of the verification upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt.

6. Return and cancellation policies
6.1. Report return:
Our policy, complying with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at www.elblogdecandela.com within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Within a maximum period of 10 days of receipt of the return, nicogarcia.co.uk agrees to your refund.
Before making the return, we have to send it to the Customer Service department.
If the cause of the return required the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, nicogarcia.co.uk will bear the costs of the return and new shipping. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping or return costs.
6.2. Cancel order:
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the affected party leaves, the client will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been placed, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
